Started With a Toolbox, Grew on Referrals
Moonhub Builders began as a two-man repair outfit working out of Kepong, patching roofs and re-piping bathrooms for neighbours. The jobs got bigger because the callbacks didn't: work done properly once meant owners passed our number along.
Today we run dedicated crews for renovation, interiors, plumbing, maintenance and structural work, with our own project leads, carpenters and wet-work specialists. What hasn't changed is how we operate — one accountable team, an itemised quote, and a site you're welcome to visit unannounced.

Scope & Quote
Drawings, material selections and a line-by-line quotation. Nothing starts until you've signed off on all three.
Build
Our own crews do the work under one project lead. Weekly photo updates keep you off the highway and in the loop.
Handover
Joint inspection, snag list cleared, warranty issued. Final payment only after you're satisfied.

Quote what the job needs, not what the client fears
If a wall doesn't need hacking, we say so. Smaller honest quotes beat inflated ones — referrals are worth more than margins.
Protect the parts of the home we're not touching
Dust barriers, floor protection and daily clean-ups are standard, not chargeable extras.

Before You Call, You Might Be Wondering
Do you handle small jobs, or only full renovations?
Both. Our maintenance and plumbing crews take on single repairs, while our renovation teams handle full makeovers and rebuilds. No job is too small to quote.
Which areas do you serve?
We work across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, including Kepong, Setapak, Mont Kiara, Ampang, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam and Klang.
Are you registered and insured?
Yes. Moonhub Builders Sdn. Bhd. is a registered Malaysian company with CIDB-registered personnel, and all site work is covered by contractor all-risk insurance.
How do payments work?
Payments follow project milestones set out in the contract. We never ask for full payment upfront, and the final balance is only due after your inspection at handover.
Do you help with permits and management approvals?
Yes. We prepare and submit renovation permits, DBKL or local council applications and condominium management approvals as part of the project scope.
What does the workmanship warranty cover?
Every completed project carries a 12-month workmanship warranty covering defects in installation and finishing. Report a snag and we book the repair — no debate.
