Kitchen extensions, car porches and room additions, including council submissions and neighbour notices.
Flooring & Tiling
Porcelain, homogeneous tile, vinyl and timber laid on properly prepared screed, with level checks you can watch.
Ceilings & Partitions
Plaster ceilings, cornices, feature bulkheads and drywall partitions with concealed wiring.
Painting & Finishing
Surface prep, sealing and two-coat systems — because paint is where rushed jobs show first.
Living in During the Works?
Around half our renovation clients stay in the house while we work. We phase the job room by room, seal dust zones and keep one bathroom running at all times. Tell us your situation at the site visit and we'll plan the sequence around it.
