Terms & Conditions

These terms cover two things: your use of this website, and the general basis on which Moonhub Builders Sdn. Bhd. ("Moonhub", "we") provides quotations and services. Individual projects are always governed by a signed contract, which prevails over anything written here.

1. Using this website

The content of moonhub.my is provided for general information about our services. You may browse, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape the site, reproduce its content commercially, or attempt to interfere with its operation. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site without notice.

2. Information accuracy

We keep the site's content current in good faith, but prices, timelines and cost ranges mentioned anywhere on this site (including guides and articles) are indicative only. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer. The only figures we stand behind are those in a written quotation addressed to you.

3. Quotations

Written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Quotations are based on conditions observable at the time of the site visit; concealed defects discovered during works (for example, hidden structural damage or corroded pipework behind walls) may require a documented variation, which we will always price and agree with you before proceeding.

4. Engagements and payments

Work begins only after a contract is signed by both parties. Payments follow the milestone schedule in the contract. Where a client requests changes to an agreed scope, we will issue a written variation order stating the cost and schedule impact for approval before the change is carried out.

5. Warranty

Completed projects carry a 12-month workmanship warranty from the date of handover, covering defects in installation and finishing performed by our crews. The warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, unauthorised modifications by third parties, or manufacturer defects in client-supplied materials (which remain subject to the manufacturer's own warranty). Warranty terms for a specific project are stated in its contract.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability in respect of contracted works is governed by the project contract and applicable law, and nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Intellectual property

Designs, drawings and 3D visuals we prepare remain our property until the related invoice is settled in full, after which agreed usage rights transfer to the client. The Moonhub Builders name and mark may not be used without written permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
