Cookie Policy

This page explains how moonhub.my uses cookies and similar browser storage. The short version: we use very little, and nothing that follows you around the internet.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text records that a website asks your browser to keep. They let a site remember things between pages or visits — a login, a language choice, or in our case, whether you have already answered our cookie banner. Similar technologies include localStorage, which stores data in your browser without sending it to a server.

What we actually use

• Session cookie (PHPSESSID). Set when you use our contact form. It exists to protect the form against forged submissions and expires when you close your browser. This is strictly necessary — the form cannot work safely without it.
• Consent record (mh_cc). A localStorage entry that remembers whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies, so the banner doesn't reappear on every visit. It contains only the word "yes" or "no".

We do not currently run advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or social media pixels. If we add analytics in future, this page will be updated first and the consent banner will ask before anything non-essential is set.

Third-party requests

Our pages load web fonts from Google Fonts. Font requests may expose your IP address to the font provider, as with any resource loaded from a third-party server, but we set no third-party cookies through them.

Your choices

You can change your consent decision at any time using the round cookie button in the lower-left corner of any page. You can also clear or block cookies entirely through your browser settings — every modern browser lets you delete stored data per site. Blocking the session cookie will prevent the contact form from submitting; everything else on the site works fine without cookies.
